The template dynamically calculates the subtotal, sales tax, and total credit amount, and includes badges that summarize the credit reason and total value.

It supports dropdown-based reasons for credit (e.g., Damaged Goods, Overpayment, Return), file attachments (e.g., original invoice or signed approval), and digital signature fields for authorization. Values such as quantity Ă— price, tax %, and grand total are automatically computed using embedded expressions, ensuring accuracy without manual entry.
